It includes full carpeting throughout, gas heat, larger kitchen area with full sized refrigerator, microwave oven and electric ovens, living room includes sofa/sleeper and color television, bathroom includes two sinks, tub-shower.
Included are Charcoal grills, 14' aluminum boat or individual boat dock space, free freezer service and boat launch included.  All cottages and mobile home include bedding, pots, pans and dishes.
